Our Story

Our company was founded in 1969 by Peoria native and former Mayor, James Maloof. Starting on his own with just a front desk person in a little 8’ by 10’ office, in just 8 years, became the #1 company in residential home sales in Central Illinois. We are still locally owned, operated, and independent with our headquarters in Peoria, IL. We have several offices located in the Peoria Area and we are a staple in the community. The current president is Jim’s son, Michael Maloof.

Our Company

We offer several specialty divisions including auctions, commercial, farm & land, rentals, property management, and the area’s only Corporate Welcome and Relocation Center; introducing new residents to the area. We also have our own real estate school in partnership with Illinois REALTORS^®.

We are members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World^®, National Association of REALTORS^®, Illinois REALTORS^®, Peoria Area Association of REALTORS^®, and many others.
