Meet Chad

Chad, a licensed Real Estate Broker, has over 25 years of experience in sales, broker management, and new home construction. Few agents in the Peoria area are more versatile, more experienced, or have had the opportunity to work in so many different facets of real estate.

Chad has played a vital role in the development of every Jorgenson developoment since 1995. In 2005-2008 Chad was part of the Peoria Growth Cell 1-A development team, which helped annex over 700 acres into the city of Peoria.

Chad joined JimMaloof/REALTOR® along with Dale Jorgenson in 2010. They have become one of the most awarded teams in the firm. The Jorgenson Group was an inagural member of the $100 Million Club at JimMaloof/REALTOR®.
